Facebook has been making an effort to improve its local ad targeting, most specifically with businesses that have multiple locations. They have had a feature that allows ads to target people who have been close to the location of a business' store, but they added a new feature that allows dynamic ad copies that can be changed based on location to accommodate businesses with multiple locations.
