It’s been fun implementing Drift into our workflows and building skills into our robot co-worker, ShapeBot. It’s latest skill is helping our site visitors get answers to their questions about pricing.
After getting positive initial feedback from people using ShapeBot to get pricing, we’ve started looking for ways to push more pricing-focused conversations with people via Adwords.

Create a New Ad Extension
We kept it simple and created a new Sitelink Extension that drives people directly to our DriftLink:
We had no problems going through the review process using the DriftLink as a final URL.
