Twitter 140 Character Limit Changing To Exclude Photo's & Links
Twitter is FINALLY removing photos and links from the 140-character limit on Tweets! It doesn't sound like huge news, but this will allow for 23 more characters in posts with links, which can be a lot for content makers and ad copywriters. The change is meant to improve Tweet quality by encouraging users to add media to their posts without the worry of not having enough space to add context. It's about time! Read even more here
Bing Ads Editor 11.0 Debuts with Multiple Account Management, Better Search, Easier Login
Bing has rolled out their new update on Bing Ads Editor and it has made some changes that are similar to AdWords Editor as well as some other cool things!
For starters, they have moved navigation over the left side of the Editor! The biggest update is the ability to be logged into multiple accounts at the same time. This change allows for easier editing of ad copy and the ability to copy and paste from one account to another (given they have similar targets). They have also released a brand new advanced search function that is really simple to use and built out really intuitively to create layered search criteria and easy to view/understand results. Some features that had their own tabs or buttons before are now found in an 'Advanced Options' tab at the top of the page to clean up the page a little bit more. The final change is a simplified login that will automatically direct you to the correct login page by entering either your Microsoft of Bing Ads login in the single username form.
