AOL has officially begun to use Bing Search and Ads for their search results as of January 1st, 2016. The announcement that this partnership would happen was made in the summer of 2015 and it is now official. This partnership means a 1% increase in search share for Bing, which now holds about 20.9% of search on their own search network. With Yahoo and AOL, Bing now boasts nearly 1/3 of all search queries bringing them closer to the search giant, Google. Bing is excited to add another channel for their advertisers to use as well as release new features to Bing Search and Bing Ads in order to improve their platforms even further.
