Snapchat has now reached 6 billion daily video views. That's up from 2 million back in May and 4 million in September. They are closing in on Facebook's daily video view count of 8 billion. With Snapchat's 100 million user base, this means that the average user watches 60 video clips a day. This is compared to an average of about 16 video clips a day on Facebook. The race to grab more views has been accelerating between Facebook, Snapchat, YouTube, etc. to grab at the large market that is video advertising, which is predicted to jump up to about $7.5 billion in revenue this year.
