Google announces new store visit metrics in AdWords

Google has announced new features for its store visit metrics. AdWords users can now see store visits at the Ad Group level with additional information about visits by day, week, and month. The store visit metric is used to measure how online ads and data impact offline sales. This is done due to the fact that a lot of people leave their Google accounts signed in on their mobile devices for convenience and Google uses this to anonymously track where users go and if there is any relation to their online activities beforehand.
