These features include the ability to set conversion optimization for CPA, user targeting based on in-app actions, and an expanded Preferred Partner Program. The new conversion optimization requires Dot to be set-up on your site in order to be used. The new targeting base allows advertisers to set up different audiences based on the things users do inside their apps and also requires Dot to be active. The new partners are leading to largely increased ad spend.
